Stephen Albright has practiced law for over 25 years and has extensive experience in real estate transactions, financing and related litigation. His experience includes all aspects of real estate acquisitions and sales including representation of seller, purchaser, lender, title insurance company, lessor and lessee, affording him the perspective of all parties to the transaction.
He acts as counsel to attorneys in title matters including acquisitions, new construction, condominiums, hotel renovations, office and multifamily buildings and has worked with many well known developers.
He has successfully represented real estate developers in acquisitions, land use, zoning, mechanic’s lien and construction contract litigation; commercial and residential landlords and tenants for leasing and related litigation; and condominium and cooperative associations for transfers, lien foreclosures and general association matters.
Stephen has also completed over 80 triathlons including 5 Ironman races.
